Photo Parties:  

At Images Everything we strive on having the most fun home parties of them all with our Photo Parties!  Our Photo Parties are light hearted, fun, relaxing and are completely enjoyable.  Just about everyone that hears the term Photo Party can't wait to show off their photos of their loved ones, recent wedding, grandfather back in the day, their trip to Mexico or their child's first baby photos.  Guests are encouraged to take advantage of the affordable and customized unique gift products.  Rarely will you have a guest not sieze the opportunity!  And if you love photos and have access to a computer, this is the job for you!  Did I say job?  Because it totally doesn't feel like work!  You get to help people put their precious memories onto really cool keepsakes!

Commissions:

You will earn 25% commission on all party sales & individual sales as a consultant with very few exceptions. The only exceptions are 20% on the Pro-charm product line & our Sterling Silver jewelry line. That's it! All of the rest of the entire Images Everything product line you will earn 25% commission! Commissions are paid at the time of all show deliveries too. That's right, you will receive your commission right away and not on a monthly basis. And you can earn 20% commission on all on-line orders placed in your name! (Please note that when your clients are placing their order online, it is required that your name appear in the online order in order for you to received any commissions for that order.)

Qualifying as an IE Consultant:

So here's your first incentive! When you qualify, you will earn a $25 bonus. To qualify you must have $1,000 in total sales in your first 2 shows, beginning when you receive your starter kit. Starter kits are ready within 3 weeks of when you place your order in its entirety, which includes what kit you order, what additional items you want to order, we receive all of your photos/images & your payment is received.  Consultants all place their show orders online & submit all images and information directly to nickiperry@gmail.com.

Monthly Sales Incentive Bonuses:

There are no Quotas to be upheld when you become a consultant with Images Everything, only incentives.  You can earn $25, $50, $75 & $100 in bonus incentives once you qualify!  After all, the main reason why most people become independent consultants is to work at their own pace in a stress free direct sales position. This is something you will not find with any other companies in the home party industry and there are no mandatory meetings. We will of course provide as much information to help you have the most successful shows as well as a very profitable business. 

Earn $25, $50 & $75 in monthly bonuses if you hit $1,000 in total sales, each month, in 3 consecutive months. For every month after the 3rd month of hitting this goal, keep earning $75 bonuses for each month you have achieved $1,000 in consecutive monthly sales. If you miss a month, you start back at the 1st $25 bonus the next time you hit the $1,000 sales and graduate to the $50 & $75 as you continue to hit the goals again.

$ - Hit $1,000 in sales in a month, earn a $25 bonus.
$ - Hit $1,000 in sales in a 2nd consecutive month, earn a $50 bonus.
$ - Hit $1,000 in sales in a 3rd consecutive month, earn a $75 bonus.
$ - Continue to hit $1,000 in sales in continuing consecutive months; continue to earn $75 bonuses each time!

Quarterly Sales Incentive Bonuses:

Earn up to $500 in one calendar year just by building your business!  Quarters are as follows:  1st quarter = Jan-Mar, 2nd quarter = Apr-Jun, 3rd quarter = Jul-Sep and the 4th quarter = Oct-Dec.   If you join our team in the 2nd Quarter, then Your 1st quarter starts when you join.

$ - Hit $1,000+ in total sales each month in any quarter, earn a $100 bonus in that quarter.

$ - Hit $1,000+ in total sales each month in a 2nd consecutive quarter, earn an additional $100 bonus.

$ - Hit $1,000+ in total sales each month in a 3rd consecutive quarter, earn an additional $100 bonus.

$ - Hit $1,000+ in total sales each month in a 4th consecutive quarter, earn an additional $100 bonus.

Recruiting Bonuses: 

For every new consultant that you find that joins our team, you will earn 10% of their sales from their 1st 4 shows regardless of how much their sales are.   So, if your new recruit hits $2000 in sales in their first 4 shows, you will receive $200!!!  And remember, this recruiting bonues is for EVERY new recruit that meets these sales guidelines!!!

Materials:

Earn 5% of your sales on business materials or purchase them within. You are welcome to take the Images Everything logo and purchase your own business cards at your own expense.  When doing so, we recommend having the www.ImagesEverything.net website printed somewhere on your cards.

Communicating: 

Share, learn and grow your business on our conference call meetings.  We hold conference call meetings that you can join in and share your own secrets to success, learn about the latest information and grow your business with the newest information on being in direct sales.  We can also call a special meeting if any consultant wishes to have one.  These conference call meetings are only about 30-45 minutes and are a great way to stay connected with our team.  The meetings are not mandatory but highly recommended.  Each meeting will precede with an emailed agenda with the date, time & focused topics of discussion.

Starter Kits:

To become an Images Everything Consultant, all you need to do is purchase an Images Everything, Inc. starter kit that includes our most popular items and enough materials to get you started. You will need to email via jpeg 5-13 photos to place onto your new kit. You can also send your images to our P.O. Box as well if you have some old fashioned photos that are not digital. So, ultimately, you get to customize what you are going to sell! You can feel completely confident and excited about what you are selling because you will be showcasing products customized with all of your photos! When you receive your kit, you are on your way to an exciting new career of meeting new people, having fun outside the home, choosing part-time or full-time and working at the pace in which you are comfortable.

Shipping: 

There is a 10% shipping charge on all orders with a minimum of $6.95 in state.  All orders shipped out-of-state have a charge of 15% or a minimum of $8.95.  All Photo Party Show orders are shipped directly to each guest and hostess.  Our Shipping prices for online orders are estimated to the best of our ability, with respect to the weight of each product and the distance each product may travel.

Accepting Credit Cards: 

There is a 3% charge if the amount of credit cards exceeds 50% of at any given photo party show. The 3% would be deducted from the commissions only on the credit card purchases if the consultant does not have access to their own merchant account.  If the Independent Consultant has an iphone, they can acquire a square account and a paypal account.  These accounts are free to set up and may charge a lower fee than the 3% fee.  Paypal.com and Square.com are the two sites that Consultants can research but are not required to do so.  Square is an apparatus that plugs into your iphone or ipad.  Once you create a free Square account, the credit cards that are swiped deposit directly into your square account and then automatically transfer to your checking or savings account of choice.  Paypal is often used if a guest or customer's credit card that was originally used to place their order is declined.  We utilize paypal to issue the customer or guest an invoice that is sent directly to their email and at that point, they can choose a different card than was previously selected.  Jan. 2013
